I had to exchange my order and it did get sorted in the end, so I’ll give them that. But the whole thing took longer than I expected, and support wasn’t exactly quick to respond. What annoyed me most was getting those canned apology messages that feel like nobody really read what I wrote. Overall, it was okay, just slower and more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was already a little worried about getting fooled by something that looked better online than in person, and unfortunately that’s kind of what happened. It arrived late, and when I opened it up, it just looked cheaper than I expected. I didn’t feel comfortable giving it as a gift.

The only thing that threw me off was the color. Online it looked like a warmer beige, but in person it was more of a gray/taupe shade. I get that lighting and screens can make colors look different, so it’s not the end of the world, but it definitely wasn’t quite what I expected.

I ended up keeping it because it’s still usable, but I’d probably be more careful next time and maybe look for customer photos if they have them. Giving it 3 stars because the item is fine overall, just not very accurate color-wise

I bought a jacket from weekendchasers.co, and I’m kind of second-guessing the purchase. At first I thought maybe I was being too picky, but the material just feels a bit cheap.
